• Documents and files you upload, including BOMs, purchase orders, invoices, specs, and CAD files.
• Supplier emails and threads processed through the platform.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to provide and improve the cereal platform, process supplier communications, track document revisions, and communicate with you about your account. We may also use aggregated data to develop new features.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, infrastructure), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Security and Retention

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your information while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your uploaded documents and associated data within 30 days.
